Doctors in Minnesota want a share of the refunds insurers will be paying to the state. Four large health maintenance organizations have agreed to return $35 million in profits above 1% of revenue from Medicaid and MinnesotaCare. The Minnesota Medical Association says doctors and clinics that treat low-income patients should get some of that money.
