Physician payment in 2023: The situation is unsustainable

An almost 10% cut in Medicare reimbursement is untenable.

Cutting physician reimbursement is bad for doctors and bad for everyone because everyone is a patient and could be affected by access to quality medical care, said Claire Ernst, JD, director of government affairs for the Medical Group Management Association.
