The role of telemedicine could be huge in the future of health care in the United States. Telehealth will be used to gain every efficiency possible in health care as more Americans grow older and deal with health concerns, and as more physicians age out of the workforce. Kyle Zebley, American Telemedicine Association vice president, public policy, and executive director of ATA Action, touches on the organization’s Vision 2030 plan for the future.
