How many novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases were announced today?

Here’s the latest data, updated on Aug. 19:

Positive tests: 93,140,979

Patient deaths: 1,037,935

Total vaccine doses distributed: 803,252,035

Patients who’ve received the first dose: 262,323,837

Patients who’ve received the second dose: 223,684,995

% of population fully vaccinated (both doses, not including boosters): 67.4%

% tied to Other: 0%
