Pandemic made patients believers in telehealth

Most want to keep using it and see it as equivalent to an in-office visit.

The pandemic forced both physicians and patients to use telehealth for care. But now that life is returning to many pre-pandemic norms, will patients still be interested in it?

A telehealth survey conducted by the customer experience firm SYKES provides some insight into what patients think about the technology moving forward.
