What patients hate about their health insurance

Most are fairly satisfied, but dislike these aspects of their coverage.

Because physicians are often the ones who have to break the news to patients that a recommended treatment or drug isn’t covered, they often bear the brunt of patient frustration with insurance companies. A survey by Insurance.com found that 54% of respondents are fairly satisfied with their existing health coverage, but do not like the following aspects of their plans:
