Melissa Lucarelli, M.D., FAAFP. Lucarelli is a family physician and owner of Randolph Community Clinic in Wisconsin. She earned her bachelor’s degree in applied biological sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her family practice residency with obstetrics at MCW-St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee. Her professional interests include teaching, school district medical advising, clinical research, medical staff leadership, and entrepreneurship and medical practice management. At Randolph Community Clinic, she works as a team with the other medical providers and nursing staff to provide outstanding medical care for the patients in our primary care practice as well as occupational health services for several area businesses. She is a long-time board member and advisor to Medical Economics.

Sarah Matt, M.D. Matt is a physician executive, health technology strategist and national best-selling author of “The Borderless Healthcare Revolution.” She has a clinical background in medicine and an MBA from McCombs School of Business at UT Austin. She advises health systems, digital health companies and investors on how AI and innovation translate into real-world clinical practice. She has been recognized as a leading voice on the clinical application of AI tools and the evolving role of the physician in a technology-driven environment. She also serves as a professor and academic contributor, bringing evidence-based perspective to the policy and business conversations shaping health care's future.

Chris Bauer, M.D. Bauer currently serves as the Director of Women's Health Services and Director of Medical Education at Cornell Scott Hill Health Center in New Haven, Conn., a position he has held since December 2023.He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Mich., in 2013. Over the following decade, Bauer practiced within the Atlantic Health System in New Jersey, where he held several key leadership roles. He remains deeply committed to enhancing the quality of care for women and their families by promoting efficient health care delivery, with a strong focus on maintaining value-based care.

Bryan Jepson, M.D. Jepson is a retired emergency physician, Certified Financial Planner professional and special needs planner who helps physicians and families align financial decisions with long-term life goals. His perspective is shaped by nearly three decades as a frontline clinician and as the father of two adult children with special needs. He is the author of “The Physician’s Path to True Wealth” and a frequent contributor to Medical Economics through his Financial Checkup series. He also publishes physician-focused content on his personal blog, “Financial Grand Rounds,” and cohosts The Second Shift Podcast, which explores the psychological, behavioral and financial impact of leaving a high-impact first career—whether for retirement or an entirely new chapter.
