A Florida man was sentenced to 10 years in prison, to repay more than $97 million, and to forfeit $30 million in a massive health care fraud scheme. The U.S. Department of Justice said Daniel Hurt, 59, defrauded the Tricare military and CHAMPVA Veterans Affairs health systems, and created a bogus billing scheme for cancer genomic testing.
