Is this a fish tale?

Sardines are little fish that go from the ocean to stomachs of bigger fish, birds and people. Here’s the tale of a woman who said she lost 35 pounds by eating nothing but sardines for three months. She didn’t even have to go to sea to do it. “People think I’m absolutely nuts,” she said. Incidentally, nuts were among many foods she was not eating during this dietary exercise, which may be good for dolphins, but may not be right for every person.
