To clear the confusion on what helps and what hurts patients the MJH Life Sciences COVID-19 Coalition will host a free webinar at 6 p.m. EDT on Oct. 13 entitled “Navigating the COVID-19 Treatment Landscape,” which will feature a trio of experts discussing the latest in antivirals, anti-inflammatory therapies, corticosteroids, and convalescent plasma.

Participants in this webinar will be:
- Moderator Jason M. Pogue, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP, a clinical professor at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist at Michigan Medicine. His research interests focus on epidemiology and management of multi-drug resistant Gram-negative organisms and antimicrobial stewardship.
- Panelist Jason Gallagher, PharmD, FCCP, FIDSA, BCPS, a clinical professor at Temple University School of Pharmacy and clinical pharmacy specialist at Temple University Hospital where he maintains a clinical practice. He is currently the president of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists and the editor-in-chief of Contagion.
- Panelist Susan Davis, PharmD, a clinical professor of pharmacy practice at Wayne State University with a joint appointment as infectious diseases pharmacy specialist at Henry Ford Health System. She has published more than 80 peer-reviewed manuscripts in the field of antimicrobial pharmacotherapy.
